近日，广州市科学技术局就2023年度广州市外国人来华工作许可工资收入的计算标准发布了一则通知。

Recently, the Guangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau issued a notice on the calculation standard of salary income for foreigners' work permit in Guangzhou in 2023.

按照《国家外国专家局人力资源社会保障部外交部公安部关于全面实施外国人来华工作许可制度的通知》（外专发〔2017〕40号），申请办理外国人来华工作许可时，平均工资收入不低于本地区上年度社会平均工资收入6倍的外籍人才符合外国高端人才（A类）认定标准；平均工资收入不低于本地区上年度社会平均工资收入4倍的外籍人才符合外国专业人才（B类）认定标准。

按照《科技部办公厅人力资源社会保障部办公厅关于在广州市开展外籍“高精尖缺”人才认定标准试点工作的通知》（国科办才〔2022〕181号），广州市进一步扩充外国高端人才（A类）和外国专业人才（B类）的认定范围。

按照该文件规定，平均工资收入不低于本地区上年度全口径城镇单位就业人员平均工资收入6倍的外籍人才符合外国高端人才（A类）认定标准，即广州市外国人来华工作许可工资收入计算标准以“本地区上年度全口径城镇单位就业人员平均工资”为准。
