So , as the prior responsible person, how should we protect ourselves and our families, and if we are infected, what do we need to do ? Here are reminders you should know.

1）一般普通中青年患者感染新冠病毒后，病程为7天左右；部分老年人，尤其是70岁以上

2）有基础疾病的老年人病程更为复杂。

3）阳性感染者常见的症状包括发热、干咳、乏力、嗅觉味觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等。

5）在感染初期，由于病毒载量低，抗原检测未必一开始就显示阳性，一般感染后2至3天可以检测出来。

Symptom

5) In the early stage of infection, due to the low viral load, antigen testing may not be positive at the beginning, and it can generally be detected 2 to 3 days after infection.

1）目前没有证据支持药物可以预防新冠病毒感染，如果没有相关症状，不需要提前预防性地服用药物。

2）发热常用药物有：对乙酰氨基酚、布洛芬、阿司匹林、金花清感颗粒、莲花清瘟颗粒/胶囊、宣肺败毒颗粒、清肺排毒颗粒、疏风解读胶囊等。

3）咽干咽痛常用药物有：地喹氯氨、六神丸、清咽滴丸、疏风解毒胶囊等。

4）咳嗽咳痰常用药物有：溴己新、氨溴索、愈创甘油醚、乙酰半胱氨酸等。

5）干咳无痰常用药物有：福尔可定、右美沙芬等。

6）流鼻涕常用药物有：氯苯那敏、氯雷他定、西替利嗪等。

7）鼻塞常用药物有：赛洛唑啉滴鼻剂等。

8）恶心/呕吐常用药物有：桂利嗪、藿香正气水/胶囊。

9）避免盲目使用抗菌药物，谨遵医嘱使用。

10）对症药物之间不要混用、滥用、过量使用，否则可能增加肝损伤的风险。

11）相关症状缓解后，就应该适时停止使用对症药物，无需“巩固”疗效。

4)Cough and sputum commonly used drugs include: bromoide, ambroxol, guaiac glycerol ether, acetylcysteine, etc.

5)Dry cough without sputum common drugs: forkine, dextromethorphan, etc.

6)The commonly used drugs for runny nose are: chlorpheniramine, loratadine, cetirizine, etc.

7)Nasal congestion commonly used drugs are: serclozoline nasal drops, etc.

8)Nausea / vomiting commonly used drugs are: Guilizine, Huoxiang Zhengqi water / capsule.

9)Avoid blind use of antibiotics, and follow the doctor's advice.

10)Do not mix, abuse or overuse of symptomatic drugs, otherwise it may increase the risk of liver injury.

11) After the relief of related symptoms, the use of symptomatic drugs should be timely stopped without "consolidating" the efficacy.

1）阳性感染者进入家中公共区域应规范佩戴N95口罩，同住人与阳性感染者接触时需做好个人防护。

2）阳性感染者与同住人应采用分餐制，使用专用餐饮具。

3）卫生间需做好日常清洁和消毒，坐便器冲水时，先盖马桶盖再冲水。

4）居家治疗人员症状明显好转或无明显症状，自测抗原阴性并且连续两次新冠病毒核酸检测Ct值≥35（两次检测间隔大于24小时），可结束居家治疗。

就医

1）居家治疗人员如果出现呼吸困难或气促，或者经药物治疗体温仍持续高于38.5℃超过三天，及时去医院治疗。

2）孩子生病后，出现嗜睡、持续拒食、喂养困难、持续腹泻或呕吐等情况，家长应带孩子及时就医。

3）居家治疗人员为孕妇，且出现头痛、头晕、心慌、憋气等症状、或出现腹痛、阴道出血或流液等，需及时就医。

4）居家治疗人员原有基础疾病明显加重且不能控制时，需及时就医。

5）孕妇感染新冠病毒之后几乎是不会传染给胎儿的，但初生产后的妈妈还是在空间上最好和新生儿有一定的隔离，或戴N95口罩，可以母乳喂养。
